As a result of business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager Assistant to join our expanding Account Management team, based from our Harwell Head Office. This role plays an active part in the interface between the customer and the business, working collaboratively with clients and the wider account management team to ensure success on all service points and absolute customer satisfaction.
The Account Manager Assistant is responsible for:
- Providing support for the Account Managers to include administration
- Generating quotes and correspondence from info provided by Account Manager
- Liaising with purchasing dept for parts and equipment ordering
- Opuz Database Maintenance
- Customer Liaison
- Management of Subcontractors
- Contract renewals and reviews with Accounts Managers
- Generate reports/communications between Account Managers
- Any ad hoc duties that may be required
To deliver excellence in the SMS services to the customer, the Account Manager Assistant will play an integral role at supporting the Account Manager in delivering SMS services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Essential
- Attention to Detail - Essential
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google applications - Essential
- Experience in a Customer Facing role – Advantageous but not essential
There are some minimum requirements you will need to meet to be considered:
- Disclosure and Barring Service clearance (DBS check)
