Key Account Manager – Mat Cover

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Account Manager with experience and a passion for aesthetics and wellbeing, to join this hugely successful global Company as Aesthetic Key Account Manager for London.
The ideal candidate will have previous aesthetics sales / account management experience, with knowledge of fillers and threads.
Full, clean driving licence is essential. A car / car allowance will be offered.
Job Purpose:
The role of the Aesthetic Key Account Manager has two critical functions.
· To plan and carry out the promotion of the product range to UK Health professionals, to develop sales in accordance with agreed business plans within a defined geographical area.
· To represent and epitomise the core values of our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively market and sell products to Doctors, Dentists and Nurses whilst always complying with the ABPI Code of Practice and Company Standards.
Utilise available data to prepare, implement and maintain a territory business plan, with support from your line manager.
Agree, implement and regularly review business objectives and personal development plans with line manager.
Identify and liaise with appropriate influencers to promote the range of products.
Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and trainers.
Develop, maintain and demonstrate high standards of product knowledge.
Submit monthly activity updates to your line manager within agreed timelines.
Agree territory promotional budget plan with your line manager and monitor on a regular basis.
Complete and deliver agreed and ad hoc reports for your line manager as required, to include sales, activity and market intelligence.
Liaise with the Brand Managers through Field Force Advisory Board, Medical and other internal departments via your line manager as required.
You may at times be required to work evenings, weekends and spend periods away from home to attend company meetings.
Maintain company records and all company equipment in good order in line with Company Standards.
Territory scope:
Core product range.
Accounts will be predominantly Aesthetic clinics.
Target audience is Aesthetic Doctors, Dentists and Nurses.
Salary:
Circa £50,000 DOE + annual performance bonus of 20% of salary.
Contract:
This is a maternity cover for approximately 10 months.
