Client Services Associate
We’re expanding! We are seeking an experienced individual to join our growing Non-Marine Client Services team to focus on all aspects of broker support, including slip production, producing premium worksheets and providing technical support to our Brokers.

Job Purpose
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Handler/ Technician to work in our growing Client Services team based in our London office on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of and shape Oneglobal’s growing international network of offices. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role and will be proficient in producing slips for the Energy business. This position is situated in our Non-Marine Client Services team so the role will be varied with exposure in all areas of Client Services globally, with particular focus on Energy.
Key Accountabilities
- Supports broking teams, providing global broker support, preparing renewal statistic/documentation ready for market placement
- Accurately produce premium worksheets
- Trusted technical support providing timely creation and preparation of global market and client documentation (slip production, wording, clauses knowledge)
- Support drafting (in a timely manner) of client evidence of coverage to include slips, endorsements, Debit/Credit Notes and all related documentation
- Ensures internal paper & electronic systems, databases and workflows are maintained and updated and meet Contract Certainty and regulatory guidelines
- Uses Oneglobal’s Broking Systems to produce documents and accounting entries and ensure their accuracy; Submits Slips and LPAN’s to Bureau (XIS) for signing.
- Assist with client liaison ensuring all global queries, data requests and resolution of queries are dealt with promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- Develops business relationships with global markets, clients and colleagues to provide optimal service to clients
- Ensure client service delivery is continuously reviewed, monitored to achieve optimal client satisfaction
Skills & Knowledge
- Relevant experience in a similar role. Previous experience producing slips for the Energy business is essential
- Previous experience working as a Processing Technician is desirable
- Intermediate knowledge of the (re)insurance market in order to address client and technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and good attention to detail
- Demonstrate a good understanding of global market dynamics and how this impacts on existing and potential clients
- Already working towards or willing to work towards insurance qualifications
- Work within agreed procedures and processes
- Well organised and able to prioritise and multi-task
- Team player and willing to work flexibly and assist colleagues as required
