This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end creative marketing, content and media services. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.

We have a current vacancy for an Account Executive who will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers and Account Directors on manging media marketing projects across multiple client accounts. The role would suit a highly organised individual with experience or an interest in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Industry. The day -to-day role will include significant internal and external communication and would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a team as well as with as having the initiative to work independently when required.
Responsibilities
- Integral part of the Account Management team, delivering marketing campaigns for healthcare clients
- Supporting the Account Managers and Account Directors with day-to-day relationship with clients and attending regular client calls and meetings
- Working closely with the ONEHealth studio , scheduling in creative and content work
- Updating finance trackers
- Financial management, including generating estimates / purchase orders / invoice requests
- Internal support including copy checking, proof-reading and QA
- Working with client approval systems
- Conducting desk-based product / disease area research
- Experience in a healthcare agency delivering multi-channel communication solutions desirable
- Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Proactive and highly organised, with good project management skills and a proven ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
