Nowadays, influencer marketing is a real leverage for companies, and at Hemblem, we understand this very well! Created in 2015, Hemblem is an application that directly connects certified influencers and content creators with professionals in the service and leisure industry (restaurants, hotels, beauty salons, etc.).
Our objective? To offer professionals a simple, practical, and intuitive application to boost the visibility of their brand/service on social media by receiving influencers every week.
As part of our development strategy, we are looking for an Account Executive (M/F) on a permanent contract to develop our client portfolio in the service and leisure industry.
Responsibilities:
Your mission will be to contribute to Hemblem's hyper-growth. As an Account Executive (M/F), your role will be to generate as many commercial opportunities as possible.
Under the responsibility of the Head of Expansion, you will be in charge of:
· Ensuring the achievement and/or surpassing of your monthly objectives.
· Prospecting and building a sales pipeline by engaging prospects by phone and email.
· Identifying decision-makers and convincing them to use the application.
· Conducting presentations (on-site, remote...).
· Understanding your clients' needs, gathering information about your prospects, generating interest, and selling our application to them.
· Ensuring a good relationship between clients and the company, making yourself available to them until a relationship of trust is established, and being the company's representative to them.
· Conclusion of the sale.
· Following up on customer satisfaction, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and retaining clients.
· Managing your clients' data in the CRM, ensuring that all communications are recorded, and that the information is accurate.
· Creating and monitoring a weekly report on areas for improvement and successes.
· Proactively sharing ideas and best practices to contribute to Hemblem App's growth and ongoing success.
Qualifications
· Knowing of the leisure industry
· Similar experience as sales (3 years)
· Worked as sales in the food tech
· Native Speaker

Salary: From £35,000.00 per year
