Transak, a leading web3 payments and onboarding infrastructure provider, is on the lookout for a motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, rapidly growing, Series A funded company in the exciting web3 blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by forging strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services, staying abreast of industry trends and competitors.
- Achieve sales targets set by management and contribute to team goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Provide feedback to the product and customer service teams to improve product offerings and client experience.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to represent the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and drive business growth.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
