The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by forging strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and prospect new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services, staying abreast of industry trends and competitors.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management and contribute to team goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Provide feedback to the product and customer service teams to improve product offerings and client experience.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to represent the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and drive business growth.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
