The Role

We are an all-in-one utility concierge looking to appoint a driven and hard-working Account Executive to join our friendly and growing team.
The role has a focus on managing relationships with our fantastic referral partners. Our product is free, customers absolutely love it – and we even pay commission for successful referrals. Your job will be to make sure our partners know that, and let us make their lives easier!
The role will be primarily remote, with occasional office presence required in London – along with travel to partner locations UK wide.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of an Account Executive include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in regular communication with our partners via phone, email and in person meetings, to understand their requirements and cater to them effectively
- Maximising the potential of our existing referral partners through solution driven account management
- Onboarding new partners quickly by providing effective training and support on our service, so they reach potential as soon as possible
- Identifying opportunities for growth within our existing affiliate base
- Addressing customer issues for quick and complete resolution, to eliminate the possibility of partner churn

Our service allows any relocating individual or family to seamlessly arrange all of their essential home services in one transaction, faster and easier than they could do so themselves and often at better than market rates.
We partner with professionals in the movers market to save them valuable time and money related to the set-up, transfer and close down of utilities. Using Please Connect Me allows our partners to significantly reduce their administrative expenses while providing a more complete service to their home move clients.
We work with the majority of the UK’s leading service providers, to ensure our customers can make informed and impartial choices that best suit their households.
The Benefits
- Base salary is £25000pa
- You will have access to immediate and uncapped commission and bonus opportunities paid on a quarterly basis, with first year OTE between £33,000-£41000pa.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of an Account Executive are:
- Minimum requirement – completion of GCSE’s A* - C or equivalent
- Excellent professional communication skills - both written and verbal
- 1-2 years of previous sales experience
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable multi-tasking
- You are motivated by working towards targets and have a natural inclination towards sales and performance
- You appreciate the role that strong customer service plays in sales and strive to build relationships with partners to help them reach their maximum potential
- You’re driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
- The right to live and work in the UK. Visa status must be disclosed at screening stage.
- 1 year of account management in a B2B environment (preferred)
- Experience in any moving related industries such as estate and letting agency, relocation or removals would be a big plus!
