Job description
To create sales growth by establishing awareness, gaining interest and securing new campaigns from both existing and prospective customers.
PROPOSAL CREATION
Experiential campaign planning, strategy selection and detailed costing of activity proposals.
Effective use of PowerPoint, Excel and relevant photography to communicate campaign plans.
Liaising with in house designers to create appealing visuals to aid the sales process.
SALES CONVERSION
- Pro-active, consultative selling of the company’s services.
- Appointment booking and attendance either directly or for Link's senior directors.
- Rapport and confidence building with multiple points of contact and on-going dialogue.
- Achieving or exceeding pre-agreed sales targets for financial KPI bonusing.
PROSPECT IDENTIFICATION
- Research from LinkedIn, trade media, exhibitions, consumer events and retailers.
- Lapsed prospect and live client analysis, with cross contact networking.
- Customer database management: data cleansing, grouping and organisation.
- Supervision of student work placements and assistants.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
- Devising integrated media plans to engage potential customers.
- Creating innovative mailers to elicit responses.
- Writing insight articles for social media and website posts.
- Establishing and maintaining a seasonal company marketing calendar.
- Updating the website with new case studies of industry leading work.
- Engaging in dialogue with emails, phone calls, messaging and visits.
- Utilising trade media for publicity and positive press coverage.
- Arranging and delivering face to face presentations and needs analysis reviews.
- Responding to queries, giving advice, building rapport and establishing confidence.
WAGE PACKAGE
- £22,000 basic starting wage + uncapped target bonusing
- Year one OTE of £32,000
o Uncapped 5% of Gross Profit (GP) from new sales won.
o EG: A £60k campaign averaging 30% GP = £18k = £850 bonus, p/campaign.
o Secure one new £60k campaign p/month (X 12) = £10k bonus, plus £22k basic = £32k for Year one OTE.
- 30 days paid holiday in REPLACEMENT_STRING24 (22 working days, birthday, all bank holidays)
- Additional annual Christmas Bonus, payable in December.
- Annual appraisal reviews with regular opportunity for significant basic wage growth.
