Role responsibilities

We see it every day, many companies are aware of the importance of activating the data and tech skills of their teams to adapt to their own challenges.

As Account Executive UK for Le Wagon for Business, you identify, support and engage the leaders of large companies in mastering the skills of their teams through our customised tech/data bootcamps.

You will be responsible for accelerating Le Wagon for Business’ activity in the UK.

In close collaboration with teams and General Manager at Le Wagon for Business, you will :

Sales / Customer Management activity:

  • Define the overall sales approach for Le Wagon for Business in the UK. You will prioritize business segments, leverage Le Wagon’s unique selling points, and adapt the sales pitch
  • Develop new business and grow our existing clients, through building the best-adapted offering, negotiating and managing entire complex sales cycles (critical tender offers or business partnerships), in collaboration with the pre-sales and solutions engineering team
  • Lead contractual discussions until deal closure, in coordination with Le Wagon’s legal and financial team
  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction, by building deep relationships at all levels of the organizations, and position yourself and Le Wagon as a partner of their digital transformation.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Operations and Customer Success team to ensure smooth transition into training delivery, and follow up customer satisfaction.
  • Grow the pipeline of opportunities and provide an accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities

Representation of Le Wagon for Business in the UK

  • Develop case studies of successful programs in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at events and conferences
  • Represent Le Wagon for Business in the UK and drive higher awareness on the market. For instance, you will work hand-in-hand with the Le Wagon UK teams, our marketing team and our alumni network to define the best marketing approach (events, conferences…), and represent Le Wagon for Business when relevant in these instances.


About you :

  • You have at least 8 years of experience in enterprise sales in the UK
  • You have demonstrated success in leading large complex commercial negotiations
  • Your main stakeholders are in C-level, executive positions
  • You show a strong ability to understand customers’ needs, and participate in defining the offering to be developed
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (other language: a plus)
  • You are first and foremost a team player, energized by working with various stakeholders from different backgrounds
