We are now searching for an Account Executive to come and join our Disney team working within our Client Services and Project Management team.
Account Executive Role
The Account Executive will support the day-to-day relationship with client stakeholders up to mid-level, and supports the delivery of work from Armadillo team efficiently and on-budget.
Account Executive Responsibilities
- As an Account Executive, you will be expected to maintain excellent client - agency relationships with stakeholders at Manager/Executive level: evidenced by regular engagement (planned and ad-hoc), and positive client feedback
- Take part in project and status meetings with clients: demonstrate effective verbal communication skills whether in person or virtually; securing clients' understanding and confidence
- Demonstrate good written communication skills - producing timing plans, status reports and written client communications to a client-ready standard with minimal input from senior team members
- Maintain excellent collaborative working relationships with agency colleagues at all levels: providing input and support for team members in other disciplines to help them meet project goals and deliverables
- Support the preparation of client project scopes and budgets: providing accurate information to senior colleagues to help them develop scopes and budgets
- Understand and monitor resource deployment against client projects, providing accurate project health information to colleagues, identifying and escalating risks of over-burn in hours
- Support with the identification of opportunities to secure incremental projects and scope with clients, escalating opportunities, and supporting the preparation of business cases by providing insights and information to senior colleagues
- Support colleagues to identify business growth opportunities to additional sales, by engaging client stakeholders with the rationale for additional projects
- Demonstrate understanding of the client's strategic goals by representing with clients and internally throughout the project processing
- Prepare timing plans for smaller to mid-level projects to the highest standard
- Support senior colleagues in the production of briefs for smaller to mid-level projects; providing accurate information as required from clients, research, etc. for input in to briefs; drafting complete briefs for smaller projects and/or sections for mid-larger ones, for review by senior colleagues
- Support the task management and resource allocation for projects: taking overall responsibility for coordinating client stakeholder input and agency team members in all disciplines, demonstrated by the consistent delivery of client projects under your responsibility on time and on budget
- Supporting the effective solution of problems during their projects
- Ensure the maintenance of the highest quality assurance standards in your own work and hub
Account Executive Requirements
- Demonstrate good knowledge of your client's business and their market sector
- As an Account Executive at Armadillo, you should have a basic understanding of CRM and data-driven marketing best practices, and be prepared to learn more
- Emerging ability to use MS Office Suite (including Google equivalents), and ideally Harvest and Forecast
- Understand and follow all company policies and procedures as outlines in our company handbook (IT policies, sickness notification, personal conduct, etc.)
- Complete personal administration requirements (timesheets, expenses, etc.) accurately and in the stated timeframe
- Seek to be ambitious in all aspects of your role; recognising, communicating and acting on opportunities to benefit Armadillo, our colleagues, our clients and our partners
- Continuously seek to improve the quality of your work, individually and as part of your team by applying critical thought and digging deeper in to briefs and requirements
