We are recruiting for a pro-active Administrative Assistant to join our Training Centre in Burgess Hill. As part of our Accounts Executive team, you will play in an important part in ensuring that our pilot training programs runs smoothly at all times. In this position you will provide crucial administrative support to our Account Executive team in their tasks related to booking existing Client Training.
The role we are offering you
- You will be responsible for responding to client enquiries in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that all client data is accurately entered into Sales Force and Gemini and run reports when required.
- When an Account Executive in your team takes leave you will be asked to cover customer accounts during their absence
- You will assist the team in collection of payments to include client check in and collect COD payments.
- You will make sure that all required training paperwork (TCAs) is in place and provide customer service as required. You will speak to our clients to obtain up-to-date details to ensure they have everything needed for training.
- You will assist the Account Executive in making booking, adding pricing and day-to-day admin.

- Ideally, you have experience in customer/client relations role. You are outgoing and pro-active in your approach working with others. You enjoy providing a first-class customer service.
- You enjoy working in a busy team environment supporting others.
- You are resilient to sudden changes, enjoy working on multiple items at the same time and can prioritize your workload.
- You are progressive to develop your career looking to step up into an Account Executive position and build your career moving forward in a sales driven environment.
With the opportunity for internal promotion and high potential to develop in this role internally, the starting contract will be offered as a 12month fixed-term contract initially. This position is based on-site at our Training Centre in Burgess Hill.
