We are working exclusively with our client to find an Account Executive
Our client is on a mission to train millions more healthcare professionals by linking the entire healthcare community. The goal is not just to build software; but to build tools, guides, a platform and a community that enables and empowers healthcare educators to deliver medical education at a scale never-before-imaginable.
About the role:

- Building an outbound multi-touchpoint sequence in CRM, including direct messaging and latest industry trends.
- Bringing structure to early-stage discovery calls to clearly identify pain points in customer training programmes and mapping back value propositions.
- Work closely with the Founder and Head of Growth to help transition from founder led sales.
- Delivering online demonstrations with senior stakeholders to communicate ROI based on discovery stages.
- Creating formal proposals to encourage learners onto the platform.
- Building long-lasting relationships with your customers to maximize satisfaction and grow accounts.
- Responsible for delivering on targets and reporting to the leadership team.
- Implement the most effective sales methodologies to refine processes alongside company founders.
- Responsible for accurate pipeline management internal reporting to leadership.
- Work closely with a Customer Success Manager to grow accounts.

- Are excited by a fast-past, constantly evolving startup environment.
- Have experience using compelling sales best-practice to delight new customers.
- At least 2 years of experience selling SaaS or a tech product.
- Have used sales software tech stack in the past - Hubspot currently in place but open to suggestions.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work with a wider-team, which will range from product to marketing, to contribute to an overall GTM plan.
- Passionate about technology that is primed to help train healthcare professionals globally.
