Join us at Nasstar! We are looking for an accomplished Account Director to join the team, who will be responsible for building and managing successful relationships with our customers. Location: Home-based Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission+ benefits Job Type: Responsibilities: Growing and developing a defined list of customers alongside new client acquisition in line with sales targets Retaining revenue whilst securing additional business to meet targets Identifying, qualifying and quantifying customers business requirements and aligning these with Nasstar solutions Developing and progressing pipeline activities across all solutions to secure new orders and renewals, underpinning the achievement of KPI's and sales targets What we are looking for: A minimum of 5 years demonstrable, successful experience of delivering complex IT solutions in a dynamic sales environment Passion for technology and solving customer business requirements Experience of applying account and campaign planning methodologies to achieve continuous revenue growth Excellent time management and organisational skills Excellent communication skills to engage at multiple levels within customer businesses Working for Nasstar: 25 days' holiday (excluding bank holidays) Flexible working - it's important to maintain a work/life balance Virtual working - we empower our people to work remotely Top tech - we supply best-of-breed software and hardware for all our staff 4x annual salary life assurance Health cash plan About us: We are a 200 million turnover Managed Service Provider, and accredited Microsoft partner.
