We have an exception role for you, in the position of Strategic Account Coordinator
In this exciting role you will be providing administrative support to our Strategic Account Directors alongside managing the relationships of 2 to 3 small to medium sized clients within our corporate insurance team.
HCA UK’s corporate sales team manage over 1000 corporate clients delivering screening, occupational health, psychological and primary care services and helping clients integrate access to our unmatched system of healthcare. The team also develop opportunities for new business and partnerships with intermediaries and third parties to provide a rich corporate proposition.
You will have the Opportunity to:
- To proactively support Strategic Client Directors to manage, retain and develop a portfolio of high value corporate clients thereby maximising retention rates and additional net revenue.
- Act as first point of contact for key clients, intermediaries, and client directors. Deliver an exceptional level of service and relationship management that exceeds customer expectations, acting as point of escalation, where appropriate. Work closely with internal colleagues in operations, legal and IT and other relevant departments and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional levels of team support in order that clients are fully supported. Assisting the Client Directors with contract renewals, infosec reviews, client communications, marketing collateral, MI, technical and billing issues
- Work closely with the bookings and concierge teams to help identify and optimise best utilisation of services, screening conversions etc, where necessary attending operational meetings to assist with this process.
- Support Client Directors with the preparation of regular client MI and monthly CRM reporting and proactively work with the Data team and CRM / SME.
- To support with internal and external sales communications, operate mail merge, create, and edit reports, spreadsheets and assist with PowerPoint presentations as required, using MS Office.
- Act as a central contact point for stakeholders across the business and manage queries from other departments. redirecting/ taking messages and using initiative to deal with queries.
- Support with the coordination of client seminars, roundtables, including, booking meeting rooms, organising catering, and liaising with guests etc.
- Support and attend where necessary client and promotional events e.g., benefit fairs/onsite events working with marketing to ensure stand, complimentary items / marketing information, etc are ordered and delivered to the venue.
- Attend key client roundtables or review meetings to support Client Director, where appropriate
- Manage and be responsible for 2-3 small/medium clients of your own to gain experience of owning and managing client relationships.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has.
- Proven administrative and secretarial abilities ideally within sales support or as a PA/EA
- Knowledge of hospital departments ideally from a healthcare background
- Strong minute taking abilities.
- Good customer facing experience.
- Good data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside good stakeholder and client relationship experience
- Computer literate, a high level of competence in Microsoft Office packages and databases / systems
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of corporate insurance (desirable)
