To ensure our 34 Salons and 3 Training Academies run like clockwork, we have a dedicated team providing Head Office support across all functions to ensure our Salons receive the very best customer service at all times. Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our close-knit Accounts Team.
Accounts Assistant
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full Accounts remit; maintaining bank reconciliations and purchase ledger, liaising and paying suppliers and preparing VAT summeries, break evens and cash flow. Other duties include end of month journals, coding and inputting of purchase invoices and reviewing nominal ledgers and control accounts.
It’s a busy and varied role, so you’ll need to be able to plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. You’ll also be working closely with our Franchisees and other Head Office staff so great interpersonal and relationship building skills are essential. Furthermore, you'll have book keeping or finance experience within a similar role and an AAT Qualification would be advantageous.
