We are looking for a Receptionist to join the UPP accommodation team, based in the Carrington building to help during the busy summer period from June to September.
You will be assisting us in answering emails, assisting with administrative tasks such as generating basic reports, and interacting face to face with students.
There will be paid training on customer service skills and relevant systems to ensure that you are confident and competent in the role, plus you’ll be gaining valuable work experience.
We are looking for someone who is:

Able to contribute to a face paced team

Computer literate
You will also have knowledge of University Halls of Residence (so an ideal role for someone who has lived in University of Reading accommodation) and be available from the 12th June through to the 29th September.
What do we offer?
In return, we are offering £10.90 per hour.
Our service hours will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. There may be some opportunity for weekend work too, such as the University intake weekend in September.
