Job Title: Accessory and Handset Trade Sales Executive
Location: Waltham Abbey, EN9
Salary: £26,250 p.a. plus an annual performance-based bonus and additional benefits
Swanstaff are currently looking to recruit an Accessory and Handset Trade Executive for our key client – an independent, international leader in consumer electronic devices based in the Waltham Abbey area.
This role is a full-time permanent position, working business hours – Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours a week).
The role involves working in an office environment with responsibility for the support and co-ordination for online sales and trade sales, dealing directly with customers and suppliers.
The Role:
- General customer service - processing customer orders, investigating and resolving customer complaints, responding to customer requests, and maintaining customer service records
- Assisting customers with setting up an account, sending out pro-forma invoices, checking incoming payments, liaising with dispatch team, and assisting with customer collections
- Keeping stock up to date on online marketplaces, customize e-mail marketing and providing stock lists on demand
- Liaising with company suppliers to check product availability for customer orders and order/restock items, arrange deliveries, deal with correspondence, and email management
- Raising purchase orders, liaising with the accounts department to keep accurate financial records and arrange payments
- Providing monthly price lists to specific customers and regularly updating internal price lists, keeping track with pricing trends
- Pricing incoming supply batches, managing stock status sheet, uploading waybills, COE documents to ISM, completing purchase orders for new supply batches
- Attending monthly meetings with key customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in sales and account management
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively with internal parties, as well as customers and suppliers
- Highly organised and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Work well as part of a team and independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office package, purchase order systems and invoicing.
