Become part of an energetic, friendly, and innovative team supporting the Academic Director and HE Managers. You will be based at the Peterborough campus of UCP to provide proactive, informed and professional administrative support and advice to the academic staff, student support and registry staff.

You will provide line management of the Senior Admissions Officer and Academic Office Administrator and provide informed and professional advice on quality management and enhancement issues to relevant staff, supporting them in the exercise of their responsibilities for such matters.

You will liaise with the Open University and awarding bodies to ensure appropriate adherence to procedures for provision that UCP is validated to deliver. Also liaise with relevant departments in Peterborough and Stamford Colleges to ensure the effective administration of higher education provision.

You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Have experience of working within higher education and advanced IT skills.

You will be educated to degree level and require a Level 2 (GCSE C/4 or above) in maths, English and IT.
