Job description
The Postgraduate Strategy Unit (PGSU) is seeking to appoint academic marking assistants to work with its interdisciplinary teaching team to support the assessment of postgraduate students’ professional development work in leadership and management.
Coventry University has a key strategic focus in all areas of postgraduate studies relating to employability, teaching quality and growth. As part of this strategy, we have implemented bespoke taught professional development modules in leadership and management in the majority of our Postgraduate (Taught) programmes, accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
We would like to hear from candidates with professional and academic experience at postgraduate level in leadership and management who want to join an innovative interdisciplinary team. Our focus on professional development is wide-ranging and candidates with a broad range of expertise in one or more the following areas, leadership and management, entrepreneurial practice, organisational health and wellbeing, working with diverse workforces, intercultural and transcultural development and interdisciplinary working.
