This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of the Academic Practice & Skills Development (APSD) section in Academic Programmes and Student Engagement (APSE). We are looking for an Academic Development Adviser to contribute to Elevate, the University’s professional development service for staff who teach and support learning. You will apply your knowledge of good pedagogic practice to design and deliver a number of activities to support staff development in learning and teaching. This will include working closely with departments and programmes teams to design and develop their programmes and providing workshops and online resources for teaching staff. You will be self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.
