Academic Mentor
· Starting date: As soon as possible
· Hours: 36 hours per week; term time only
· Location: Brampton Manor Academy
· Salary: £23,989 (actual salary per annum) – more for a suitably experienced candidate
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly effective academic mentor to join our pastoral team. The main responsibilities of this post are to:
· develop bespoke support plans for individual pupils and small groups
· help pupils to grow in confidence and ability, and
· ultimately, help each child to reach their full potential.
You will work alongside the middle and senior leaders to promote the academic success and wellbeing of individuals and groups of students.
