Continually improving customer focused & lowest \total cost\ Logistic solutions and to substantiate ABP UK as the supplier of choice.
- To manage the primary inbound and despatch process via warehouse manager & internal teams, transport and 3PLs to optimise service and cost. Cover groupage export central process. Maintain AEO standard, Advise sites on optimum export processes via agents/ VETS & internal stakeholders.
- Report on cost to serve; punctuality & fulfilment. Hong Kong, Period end. Industry papers, new cost models.
- General daily primary Logistics administration duties. Bespoke projects. Easter/ Christmas campaigns.
- To drive sustained customer service via continuous improvement. To ensure that appropriate strategies are followed through to effectively meet the site & group`s immediate and long term goals.
- Logistics projects. Involvement in Logistics projects within wider ABP Group as required.
- Highly developed functional knowledge of Logistics best practice.
- Developed interpersonal, negotiating and persuasive skills.
- Well developed appreciation of the different components and trade offs required to sustain an efficient supply chain.
