HRGO are currently recruiting for a 999 Call Handler on behalf of a Public Sector health organisation based in Maidstone.
Job Title: 999 Call Handler
Location: Maidstone
Hourly Pay Rate:
Weekdays 06.00 to 20.00 £11.14
Nights 20.00 to 06.00 and Saturdays £14.39
Sundays and Bank Holidays £17.58
Please only apply if you can cover all shift patterns, which includes Nights and Weekends.
Qualifications
- 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (or an equivalent qualification) including English
- RSA Level 3, (or equivalent keyboard skill)
Experience Required
- Previous call centre environment
- Customer service experience
- Excellent listening skills
- Remain calm under pressure
- Handle traumatic, emotional and distressing situations
- The ability to manage and support others during times of crisis -most commonly during an emergency call
Parking on site is available.
Do you want to be part of a team of Call Handlers responding to all incoming telephone calls, giving emergency calls priority over non-emergency calls; on a 24/7 basis, working rotating shifts basis.
