We are looking to recruit a Graduate Engineer for our 2023 intake.
The Graduate Engineer role will learn all about design engineering and tools, ERP system (SAP), project engineering, project management, manufacturing, water process engineering and cross function support including sourcing, quality, supply chain and regeneration plant.
We will be using our full suite of training, development, mentoring and guidance to fully support you in our tailored Graduate Program.

Here’s some of what you will be doing during the graduate scheme:
- Supporting design and project engineering of mobile assets, water treatment systems for build.
- To own and operate plants and mobile fleets upgrades.
- Working closely with the outsourcing engineering team to produce detailed designs and drawings.
- 3D modelling in solid works, AutoCAD, reviews, and creations.
- Support new asset testing and QC in the plants.
- Material and equipment selection for designs.
- Design and sizing of document creation, reviewing and approving.
- SAP business tool: Material Master, Inventory, drawing and BOM.
- Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, MOC engineering actions and HAZOPs.
- Sourcing suppliers and parts; technical review of the quotes.
- Provide manufacturing engineering support and drawing management to shop floor in Peterborough - and possibly to other build locations.

Our ideal graduate will have a recent BSc / M.Eng / M.Sc in Engineering or a background or degree in Mechanical / Chemical/ Industrial/ Electrical/ Environmental Engineering.
You will also be proficient in Auto CAD, solid works, or other relevant modelling tools.
