What is the role?

The Property maintenance Operative undertakes a range of maintenance tasks to reduce the future need for repairs. Often the first point of contact, they provide a proactive approach to maintaining customers’ homes, communal spaces and neighbourhood as well as providing reactive services to help keep customers’ homes safe and to the Decent Homes standard.

Outcomes

• Completion of resolve issues on the first visit.
• Collect and gather information for more substantial repairs to allow follow up work to be raised.
• Achieve an excellent customer experience.

All offers of employment will be made at the starting point of the relevant pay grade. Annual pay incremental rises will apply until the maximum increment point of the grade.
