2x Project Manager Inside IR35
Contract Term: 12 months
Contracting Authority: Crown Prosecution Service (CPS)
Location: Remote with travel to London, Manchester, York, or Liverpool
As a Project Manager your main responsibilities would be:
· To oversee the delivery of the project to ensure that objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.
· To play a key role in project governance, working with stakeholders to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered to enable the projected benefits to be realised.
· To design the project structure appropriate to stage, selecting and applying relevant delivery methodologies.
· To ensure benefits are identified, understood, measured, tracked, and owned.
· To select and apply relevant delivery methodologies, create, and maintain project plans and high-level milestone plans, identify, and monitor project risks and issues especially risks that impede the critical path and develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate.
· To develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate. Ensure effective change management processes are in place to agree and document changes to deliverables as agreed with stakeholders.

· Complete reporting dashboards as needed, chair project boards and chair / attend other forums as needed.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
· Delivering projects, governance, and risk control frameworks
· Managing projects in the public sector/ Central government
· Overseeing suppliers and sub-contractors
· Managing projects implementing or amending ServiceNow
· Moving a service desk form one supplier to another`
