Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have a track record in IT support.
  • Technical qualifications are desirable but not essential as we provide the opportunity to gain the necessary accreditations.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure administration and troubleshooting skills are desirable.
  • Experience in using server monitoring tools.
  • The ability to resolve backup and antivirus issues.
  • You will be confident in getting to grips with a varied client base, each with its own challenges and priorities.
  • You will have excellent written & verbal communication skills, giving you the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
  • You must want to be a member of our team and be good at it!
  • You must have a genuine interest in technology and a passion for learning new skills.
  • Our helpdesk is a busy and fast paced environment, so you must be ready for the ride!
