Job description
Hybrid role, 3 days in the office in Welwyn Garden City. Our client are a mid size managed services company supporting clients in multiple sites in the UK and overseas. Currently, they are looking for a 2nd level IT Support specialist to join carry out general IT, desktop and operational support to clients remotely. You will have at least 2 - 3 years' experience of supporting Windows environments, PCs, general hardware and software as well as peripherals. This role will involve occasional visits into London.
Required Skills
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- 3 + Years' experience supporting Windows desktop environments
- 1 + Years' experience supporting messaging systems
- 1+ Years general PC hardware and/or software support
