Come join this dynamic and growing team supporting executives in some of the most exciting industries today. You will be providing key business advice around core processes such as financial close, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and revenue to give our clients more visibility, consistency, and scalability. The clients served are primarily in the Pre-IPO phase of their maturity and are often about to embark on the IPO process.
Responsibilities:
- Good understanding and application of key business and finance processes (close process, financial planning & analysis, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, revenue etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to document finance and operational process
- Basic understanding of US GAAP
- Exposure to financial systems and tools beneficial (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Hyperion, Business Intelligence Databases etc.)
- Add value through complex transactions including IPOs, M&A, Reverse Mergers, etc.
- Add value to clients to successfully prepare and complete audits
- Add value to public and private clients by assisting in any of the following:
- Detailed revenue analysis and revenue recognition
- Equity – stock compensation (FAS 123R), warrant accounting and EPS
- Draft or review complex sets of financial statements with disclosures
- SEC Reporting, including 10K, 10Q and other filings
- Support of quarterly or month-end closes
- Identification and application of technical accounting guidance to client situations
- Global accounting activities including IFRS, foreign currency and consolidations
- Apply knowledge and understanding of governing principles, apply these principles to client transactions and communicate an understanding and application of these principles
- Identify, analyze, and discuss generally accepted accounting principles for the client, when necessary, with the Manager, Senior Manager, and engagement partner
- Identify complex accounting issues and bring them to the attention of engagement leaders for resolution
- Strengthen client relationships and contribute to the generation of additional engagement opportunities through excellent quality, timely execution, and strategic approach to service delivery

- Some months of business consulting, auditing or industry experience preferred, namely relevant internships
- Actively pursuing professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or many other technical certifications highly encouraged
- Hard working, detail oriented and ability to work independently
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
- Professional and personable demeanor, while working in person or remote
- Passion for serving Clients
- Aptitude for self-education, desire to learn and be an expert
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, flow charting, data analytics and visualization with strong Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer or Data Science or equivalent required, Master’s degrees preferred
