The Team
The local Site Support team is part of Global Support within Enterprise Technology. There are Site Support teams in all Condé Nast offices globally. The Site Support teams are the face of Technology and the first contact point for our colleagues in the business when they have any tech issues with laptops, applications, printers or general questions on how to do things.
What will you be doing?
As a member of the UK Global Support team you will be providing 1st level Support from our Tech Hub based at The Adelphi in London. This role will include a range of activities including:
Password resets and other logging in issues
Laptop builds
New starter setups
Application installs
Troubleshooting laptop tech issues
Who you are:
A computing degree would be helpful but not necessary.
Customer service skills or related experience would be hugely beneficial as primary focus would be greeting colleagues as they visit the Tech Hub
Adding to the above good communication skills are important
