We're currently looking for Hotel Front Office Host
- Location: Chessington World of Adventures, Surrey KT9 2NE
- Hours: Full time & part time, fully flexible. Fixed term contract from March 2023 to November 2023.

About the Role
This role is to be the first point of contact for guests during their stay and the last point on their departure. You will assist them with any enquiries that they may have to ensure high levels of satisfaction are delivered and guarantee that they are provided with all of the relevant information they need to get the best out of their stay.
You will guide guests to their rooms or tents, giving them all the relevant information, they require for their WILD Adventure.
You will meet and greet our guests as they enter the Hotel, providing them with help with their luggage should they need it and ensuring you are providing them with a unique service that is tailored to their individual requirements. You will deal with any guest problems, complaints or compliments and pass on any relevant information to the Reception Team Leader or Reception Manager.
You will be able to provide guests with knowledge of room types, facilities and locations with the Resort. Finally, you will support the Front Office team with check in, check out and lobby hosting when
About You
You will have bags of enthusiasm & energy, with a passion for guest interaction and customer service. You will be able to work well in a team and will be happy to go above and beyond for our guests to ensure they have a ROAR-some stay.
