Overview
The Audit Rotational Talent (ART) program seeks to recruit and develop highly talented and well-rounded individuals from any academic field who are eager to begin their careers within BNY Mellon’s Internal Audit department.
The Opportunity for You:
The Program provides targeted on-the-job training designed to build knowledge, expertise, and soft skills to help grow a successful candidate into a potential future leader. This role will collaborate with experienced audit professionals to learn about BNY Mellon and how they can help deliver transformational change that furthers the company’s strategic vision.
On-the-job training to support day to day responsibilities
Process improvement and project management training
Exposure to senior leadership & various networking opportunities
Mentoring relationships to foster professional development and provide career advice
Group volunteering efforts to develop our community partnerships
Additional Program elements:
Applies technical and critical thinking skills to test processes and identify key risks
Uses communication skills to deliver clear and meaningful insights to our auditees

Ideal Candidate Profile:
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Recent graduate or current undergraduate student graduating in Spring 2023
Preferred subjects: Business, Finance, Economics, Technology related degree, Analytics background a plus
