This comprehensive programme will provide you with extensive internal training, a carefully curated education plan with one of our academic qualification providers, and highly valuable hands-on experience of working within a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Introducing the Human Resources- Global People Services team
Human Resources (HR) has a major influence on the overall management of people within a business. At a consultant level, HR specialists need a multi-discipline skillset as they play a part in business strategy through recruitment, development and reward strategies.
You will need to be a talented individual who wants to join our Human Resources team in London. You will strive to deliver extraordinary customer service. You will be expected to utilise our internal ticketing and phone systems to provide frontline HR support to employees across EMEA. You will provide consultation to employees on topics that cover a full range of HR-related programmes and policies, as well as guide employees in navigating through employee self-service and manager self-service functionality and troubleshoot non-technical inquires.
You will be required to act with discretion when handling sensitive information. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying trends in employee inquiries and collaborating cross functionally to implement pro-active solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Available to start September 2023
- Three A-Levels or equivalent
- Learners must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject
- Possess the right to work in the UK
- Have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
- Three A-levels (Grade A-C) or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years work experience
- Keen interest in business and finance
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Be great at time and workload management
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organisation skills and an eye for detail
- Experience working as part of a team

Step 2: Telephone Interview: Successful candidates will be invited to schedule a 25 minute telephone conversation with a Bloomberg Recruiter. Show us you are motivated.
Step 3: Assessment Day & Team Leader Interview: Complete some interactive online tasks and exercises designed to help you demonstrate your strengths and abilities. Show us you are capable.
Step 4: Final Interview: Meet with our Managers to discuss your motivations and potential. Show us you are the best person for the apprenticeship.
