An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate 1st Line Support to join our dynamic Customer Success Team. You will provide 1st Line support, maintaining our excellent reputation and be the first point of contact for all Software-as-a-Service customer queries, resolving or escalating customer issues.
You will ensure the advice and support provided is timely and 1st class. This is a key role in maintaining our excellent reputation for customer support.

Key Responsibilities of the 1st Line Support:
- Respond to customer queries via email or phone.
- After identifying the issue, you will talk the customer through the required steps to resolve it or
- escalate to the relevant team as and when necessary.
- Update the ticketing system, ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress and required
- actions have been input promptly and accurately.
- Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of sales-i product.
- Maintain a strong customer focus at all times.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Demonstrable experience of working in customer service / customer success role
- Experience of working in a similar role, supporting business to business customers is advantageous
- Good general IT knowledge with the ability to learn new systems and software
- Tech savvy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A customer focused approach
- Able to work under pressure
- Good at multi-tasking
- Collaborative working style
- Ability to demonstrate empathy when dealing with customers.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in dynamic work environment.
