1st Line IT Support Service Desk - (x5 positions)
4-6 months.
Hybrid working (3 to 4 days per week working from home; 1 to 2 days per week working on site at Wythenshawe (4 minutes walk from the tram stop) - the first 3 weeks however will be 100% on site to get you trained up!! These roles are working for the NHS!!
Pay is £12.86/hr + 25 day/year paid for holiday + the roles are PAYE (which means that we pay the Employer's NI, not you!)
These roles are working in the IT Service Desk team and are 1st Line IT Support
You will need at least some knowledge of Active Directory and good customer care skills (this could have been gained from anywhere, not necessarily in an IT service desk environment) - eg you may have IT qualifications that cover AD, and you gained your customer care skills in a call centre for example, or a McDonalds even!!! :-)
You'll be taking calls, dealing with them if they are 1st line issues, otherwise triaging them, and routing them to the people who can best help. .

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4-6 months
Salary: £12.86-£16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
