Job description
As part of our expansion an additional 1st / 2nd line IT Support Analyst is required to join a busy IT team based in the Warrington area where you will provide 1st line support by email and phone as well as configuring and setting up user accounts in Active Directory and 365 environments. The 1st line support Analyst will be responsible for maintaining IT systems across our customers businesses and providing solutions to any issues that may arise. Candidates with experience working in busy IT support roles would be well received.
MFX Systems Ltd requires an experienced 1st Line Support Analyst to join the team for a new permanent position. As the 1st Line Support Analyst, you will be required to:
- Provide 1st line user support by phone and email
- Set up new IT equipment (PCs, iPhones, printers, and monitors)
- Diagnose faults
- Configure hardware and routers
- Update documentation
- Configure and set up user accounts In Active Directory in 365 environments
The IT Support Engineer should have the following skills or experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT Support role
- Able to identify and resolve technical issues
- Support of Microsoft Windows 7,10
- Support of Active Directory
- Support of Office 365
- Windows Server 2016/2019
- Excellent communication skills
