An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Job Evaluation Team for a part-time Job Evaluation Administrator. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to job evaluation processes including processing of job evaluation applications and administration of evaluation panels. In this post you will work with a variety of staff from different staff groups and gain insight into many different services across NHS Lothian.
The post will be for between 15-19 hours, worked on a hybrid basis between our offices at Waverley Gate and home. Working days will include Thursday of each week.
Internal secondments will be considered for this role.
The purpose of this post is to provide administrative support to matching and local evaluation panels.
The post holder is responsible for providing administrative support to all processes associated with job evaluation including matching, consistency checking, job analysis and local evaluation, to ensure all relevant paperwork is available at the correct time in line with the timescales set out in the Job Evaluation Policy and Process documentation.
