An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the new Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS) in NHS Lothian.
As part of the multi-disciplinary team you will provide assessment, treatment and care to infants (0-3yrs) and their primary caregivers on an out-patient basis across NHS Lothian. The team works closely with other agencies and also deliver training, consultation and supervision for universal services.
You will bring a knowledge and understanding of infant mental health and attachment theory, expert knowledge of infant development and the influence of the parent-infant relationship across all developmental domains and experience of infant observation.
REAS provides a range of Mental Health services to the population of Lothian and other Boards within Scotland. A number of these services are provided on the Royal Edinburgh Hospital site.
