This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
The Therapy Services Department requires an Administration Assistant/Receptionist working 25.5 hours per week over 4 days
The post holder will provide a quality, comprehensive administrative and reception service to RIE based AHP Staff including Outpatient Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy and Dietetics.
The Administrative & Clerical Service sits within the Therapy & Rehabilitation Directorate/ Acute services in University Hospital Services. Key responsibilities of the service are: - Provision of Therapy care to a diverse range of clinical conditions, e.g. Orthopaedics, Stroke, Cardiology, Neurosciences, Critical Care / Surgery, Acute Medicine, Cardiothoracic, Respiratory, Dietetics and Speech & Language Therapy.
