The vision for the Pharmacy & Medicines Service is to deliver clinically led, person-centred services to ensure patients across Lothian get the best from their medicines and pharmacy services. This is an exciting fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Project Support Manager to work in a team responsible for the delivery of a variety of service priority projects.
Priority projects include:
- Service Remobilisation – Pandemic Response to Recovery and Renewal
- Integrated Clinical Pharmacy
- Aseptic Services Transformation
- Recruitment/Skills Mix
- Staff Wellbeing
- Service Communications
Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the pharmacy leadership team, this post will provide project management support to achieve the delivery of service objectives across the whole of NHS Lothian Pharmacy and Medicine Service.
With strong interpersonal and communication skills you will require to evidence experience of project management support in a healthcare or equivalent complex environment and will have the ability to inspire confidence and respect to deliver in a clinically sensitive and demanding environment.
Applicants should have a degree in a business-related subject plus demonstrable experience in project management.
