Job description
We are a looking for a 121 night activities support worker (no personal care) for activities. There is another night staff on shift at all times. Their dream is to live in their own flat with safe routines. In our housing, they need to practise these skills of independent living. We are looking for staff that are enthusiastic and enjoy working within a highly structured environment with safe and responsive systems and procedures. There is no personal care involved and this is dynamic supported living accommodation, with 24 hour support staff. Staff need to have excellent communication, caring and organisational skills, strong teamwork approach and be a dependable staff member.
Our residents are empowered to live independently in the community and integrate at their pace and with support. The role requires high encouragement and high prompting for someone who is also very organised. Goals are a structured day with activities of choice. If you are interested we would love to hear from you - we have a great team of 15 staff for you to join and this role is a highly responsible role with wide ranging training.
